Access to real-world mentorship is the most valuable resource there is - and is simultaneously the hardest to find. Speiro provides training and mentorship via phone, video calls, and in person on important topics ranging from business tactics to values that will help shape your company.

Content

Content is key. We want to encourage entrepreneurs, influence culture and impart values to as many peoples as possible. Providing web-based resources through podcasts, shorts, and social channels is key to spreading the word where people are listening.

Resources

Starting up is a lot of work (that’s an understatement). Having access to templates, content, vetted solutions and more for areas such as accounting, sales, marketing and HR provides a huge head-start for new entrepreneurs.

Capital

While we believe mentoring and training to be our most valuable resource, access to capital certainly doesn’t hurt. Speiro has a careful and disciplined approach to investing in other companies. When companies align with our gridwork of investable qualities, Speiro may invest capital to partner with an entrepreneur in building their company.

Startups

Speiro was born out of the desire to foster companies that advance the Kingdom. Aside from mentoring and investing we also create our own startups to generate resources, model healthy work environments and display our values.
